All-Phase® is a highly digestible source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. This ration balancer pellet is formulated to provide required levels of micronutrients at a low intake. All-Phase is fortified with KER micronutrients to include natural-source vitamin E, chelated trace minerals, B vitamins, biotin, yeast culture, and organic selenium.

The true advantage of using a balancer pellet such as All-Phase is that the horse owner can meet the horse’s requirement for protein, vitamins, and minerals and control the amount of energy supplied to the horse without having to worry if the horse is getting too much.

A balancer pellet can be used three ways: (1) alone as a low-calorie source of protein, vitamins, and minerals; (2) combined with straight grains for a no-molasses feed; or (3) as a top-dress for a concentrate fed at less than the recommended feeding rate.

If fed properly, a balancer pellet such as All-Phase can give peace of mind that all of the horses on a farm receive the nutrients needed to grow, perform, or reproduce.

All-Phase provides flexibility in customizing the nutritional management of individual horses.

All-Phase is designed as an everyday, fully-fortified balancer pellet formulated to meet the nutritional needs of performance, breeding, growing, and spelling horses who do not need the additional calories provided in a feed, or when pasture quality is high. All-Phase is a combination of essential amino acids, vitamins, organic minerals, antioxidants, including natural vitamin E, protein, and yeast postbiotic in a convenient low-intake, low-calorie pellet.

All-Phase provides essential nutrition to assist in optimal growth, performance, general health, and wellbeing.

Designed as an everyday fully fortified balancer for performance, breeding, growing and spelling horses to provide a source of essential nutrients to balance the diet.

“All-Phase is an amazing addition to our horses’ diet. We cannot say enough about KER, keeping our athletes so happy and healthy from the inside out so they can give it their all. Thanks to KER for everything you do for our athletes.”

– Ruth Perez, Art of Riding, Florida “It’s the best in the world. We can mix it with some of the best quality raw ingredients and get the best performance out of horses we expect excellence from.”

– Chester Weber, Combined Driving Champion “I have been using KER All-Phase as an integral part of my feeding program for several years. My horses range from a 27-year-old retired performance horse to a mini and in between three competition horses and a young mare. All have done exceedingly well with KER’s All-Phase, they have maintained their toplines, have shiny coats, and plenty of good energy when we enter the competition arena.”

– F. Wetzel, Ocala, Florida Why Choose All-Phase Can be mixed with cereal grains or other feeds to balance the essential levels of micronutrients when less than recommended levels of a fortified feed are given For easy keepers, All-Phase provides the necessary protein, vitamins, and minerals without excessive energy intake Metabolic or special-need requirements can be addressed with All-Phase, including horses with laminitis, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and obesity Why Choose All-Phase? Features a formulation that meets the needs of breeding, growing, performance, and spelling horses. Delivers a fully-fortified balancer to provide a source of essential nutrients to balance the diet for good doers, horses not requiring additional calories, or horses on an unfortified ration. Supports young, growing horses to prevent developing developmental orthopaedic disease (DOD). Provides a source of high-quality vitamins and minerals to ensure optimum growth in young horses and to maximise fertility in breeding stock. Features a yeast probiotic that assists with digestive health. Contains natural vitamin E for maximum bioavailability to support antioxidant defences and immunity in the horse. Studies have shown that certain organic or chelated minerals provide many advantages to the horse. These advantages include a higher rate of absorption and biological availability, which can lead to benefits such as promotion of hoof wall growth, and increases in immune response and bone mineralisation.

A study was conducted on yearlings at the Hidaka Training and Research Centre of the Japan Racing Association. The study compared two groups of Thoroughbreds; one group was provided with organic minerals (zinc, copper and manganese) in their diet, and the other was provided with the same levels of inorganic minerals. Researchers measured differences in bone formation and resorption markers and radiographic bone density images (RBAE) with interesting findings.

At the conclusion of the 180 day study it was found that providing organic trace minerals to the diet had the effect of promoting bone formation and significantly increasing bone mineral content in young horses. All Phase contains the same form and level of organic minerals that were used in this study.

Feeding Directions All-Phase is designed to be fed in combination with forage, with or without unfortified cereal grains, and at a rate of 1-2 pounds per 1,000 pounds of body weight per day, depending on the intensity of the work, and size and body condition of the horse. When fed with a small amount of another fortified feed, less may be required. Always provide clean, fresh water and high-quality hay. See example diets using All-Phase.
